- CSAM or content sexualising minors — zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban
- Terrorist or extremist content
Harmful AI Content
- AI tools trained on personal data without lawful basis
- Deepfake tools without consent verification
- AI-powered surveillance deployed without subject consent
- AI systems designed to discriminate on protected characteristics
- Generative AI tools without safety filters for harmful content
Malicious Software
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or any harmful code
- Exploit frameworks or tools to breach system security
- Phishing kits or social engineering toolkits
- DDoS attack tools or botnet software
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorised access to any user account, system, or data
- Unauthorised scraping or automated data extraction
- Artificial manipulation of search rankings
- Coordinated inauthentic behaviour via multiple accounts
- Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
- Circumvention of platform fees or payment routing
- Sanctions evasion or facilitating financial crime
3. Enforcement Ladder

| 2 | Moderate or repeated minor | Content removal. Account restriction up to 30 days. |
| 3 | Serious or repeated moderate | Listing removal. Account suspension pending investigation. |
| 4 | Severe (fraud, GDPR, IP) | Account termination. Payout withholding. Referral to authorities. |
| 5 | Critical (CSAM, malware) | Immediate permanent ban. Immediate law enforcement referral. |
4. Emergency Suspension
Synthosy may suspend any account, listing, or access immediately without prior notice where a Level 4 or 5 violation is occurring, a law enforcement order is received, or a security incident requires containment. Emergency suspensions are reviewed within 2 business days.
5. Reporting Violations
- General violations: trust@synthosy.com
- IP/copyright complaints: legal@synthosy.com
- Security incidents: security@synthosy.com
- CSAM/child safety: trust@synthosy.com (escalated to IWF and law enforcement immediately)
6. Appeals
Appeal enforcement decisions by emailing legal@synthosy.com within 14 days. We aim to resolve appeals within 10 business days.
